TESTIMONIALS

In October 2021, I had my annual physical from my doctor. He advised me that I needed to lose belly fat and lower my blood pressure. A follow-up appointment was scheduled for December 23, 2021. After contacting Transformed Life, I embarked on Joy;s individualized program for improving my holistic health. Joy suggested delicious and healthy foods for consumption, exercise, as well as spiritual improvements and held me accountable. By my December 23rd appt., I had lost 22 pounds and lowered my blood pressure. My doctor was thrilled. As of August 2022, I have sustained weight loss of 35 pounds and feel great. Thanks Joy for helping me Transform my Life. Very Grateful!

Transformation the Healthy Way

While talking with Joy on 8/24/22, I was pondering something she said that got me to thinking. Getting a health coach is the first step to a healthy lifestyle, but it is not the Coach that is in the game, it's you. The Coach is on the sidelines encouraging you and giving you tools you need to win the game. I have learned that in order to win, I am the one who has to put forth the effort. I have to cook the recipes, make good decisions when I eat out, and buy healthy foods. I am the one putting the food in my mouth, not my coach. I have to take responsibility for the choices I make. Old habits die hard, and it is flesh that fights you. So, with all that being said, don't sit on the sidelines, get in the game. Be a winner!
